Coconut Truffles
Mix together 1 cup condensed milk, 1 cup icing sugar and 2 cups desiccated coconut in a bowl until well combined.
Shape teaspoonfuls of the mixture into balls and roll in a little coconut to form truffles. Serve in pretty mini paper cases for a teatime treat.
