Man dressed as a BANANA stopped by police for carrying an AK-47 RIFLE to advertise new shop
The slippery customer had nothing untoward planned and was merely trying to draw attention to the nearby Golden Triangle Tactical outlet. A man dressed as a BANANA brandishing an AK-47 RIFLE was stopped by police. But he wasn’t planning anything untoward – he was apparently advertising a nearby shop. And it sort of worked as the 18-year-old attracted lots of attention, albeit from the long arm of the law.
Local reports suggest that he had the barrel of the gun pointing downwards and was pointing to Golden Triangle Tactical with his other hand. Citing his second amendment right to carry a firearm, the teenager escaped criminal action at the time. He was however cited for unlawful soliciting by the roadside. But he may still be subject to criminal charges down the line for the 50-round magazine attached to the rifle.
