Robbie Williams: Take That reunion is like ‘coming home’
Robbie Williams said that rejoining his old band Take That is like "coming home". The boys are back in town: Jason Orange, Howard Donald, Mark Owen, and Gary Barlow welcome black sheep Robbie Williams back to the fold .
The band last night revealed they have recorded a new album with Williams, which they’ll be serving up in a ‘beautifully strange’ reunion in November.
It will be the first time the original line-up will perform together since Williams turned his back on the group in 1995, sparking an enduring feud with Gary Barlow.
‘I get embarrassingly excited when the five of us are in a room,’ Williams said last night. ‘It feels like coming home.’
Singer Mark Owen, 38, also made his own comeback of sorts by speaking for the first time since it was revealed he had cheated on his wife Emma Ferguson at least ten times.
‘Getting the five of us to be in a room together, although always a dream, never actually seemed like becoming a reality,’ he said. ‘It’s been an absolute delight spending time with Rob again. But I’m still a better footballer.’
The band revealed they first set about burying the hatchet in New York last September when pictures emerged of Williams visiting them at a studio.
It was then the band wrote and recorded six songs with Williams, which will now be the foundation tracks for the currently untitled album.

TAKE THAT: BABE
a videót itt nézheted meg:https://5percangol.hu/cikk/take_that_babe/
I come to your door to see you again,
But where you once stood was an old man instead
I asked where you’d be, he said "she’s moved on, you see
All I have is a number you’d better ask her not me"
So I picked up the phone and dialled your number
Not sure to put it down or speak
Then I voice I once knew answered in a sweet voice
She said hello then paused before I began to speak
Babe I’m here again, I tell you I’m here again
Where have you been?
Babe, I’m back again, I tell you I’m back again
Where have you been?
You held your voice well, there were tears I could tell
But where were you now? Was you gonna tell me in time?
Just give me a town and I’ll be straight down
Got so much to tell you about where I have been
As I walk down your road, can’t wait to be near you
Can’t keep the feeling in inside
As I stand at your door you answered in a sweet voice
You said hello then pause before I begin to speak
Babe I’m here again, I tell you I’m here again
Where have you been?
Babe, I’m back again, I tell you I’m back again
Where have you been?
Just as I looked away, I saw a face behind you
A little boy stood at your door
And as I looked again I saw his face was shining
He had my eyes, he had my smile
Babe I’m here again, I tell you I’m here again
Where have you been?
Babe, I’m back again, I tell you I’m back again
Where have you been?
