Nigella Lawson and her husband Charles Saatchi were recently dining at a London restaurant when eyewitnesses and paparazzi snapped Saatchi getting physical with his wife of 10 years. In the pics the millionaire art collector is seen grabbing The Taste star’s throat and she looks scared and upset. Saatchi is insisting the incident was nothing more than a playful tiff. Nigella has reportedly left the family home and taken her children with her.
